COVID emergency helpline was a wonderful initiative by Team Sparsh to counsel people and ease their anxiety.

COVID helpline was introduced by the team of Sparsh HealthCare in the city of Palanpur for the first time as an initiative to solve people's query and ease the panic caused. We divided time slots for our team where each member would serve for 2 hours. Also a whatsapp group was made to help the cause. A lot of people were counseled by us and suitable advice were given to them. Although we didn't stop there and brought up another idea to solve a major problem.
